Effectiveness
Three independent client conducted evaluations rate us as 86-94% effective (Approximately three times the acceptable industry standard for training program effectiveness). One 400+ member facility showed a 75% increase in quality production, a 50% decrease in absenteeism, and an 85% increase in cooperation across racial lines; thus improving teamwork.
Leadership
Our founder and Board Chairman, Dr. C.T. Vivian: Key member of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr.’s Personal Executive Staff. Has been summoned to provide civil rights counsel to five different Presidential Administrations (Johnson, Carter, Reagan, Clinton and Obama). Has addressed The United Nations and The World Baptist Alliance (latter with former U.S. President Jimmy Carter). Regularly sought to consult both nationally and internationally. Can be witnessed in various segments throughout the PBS documentary “Eyes On The Prize”. Serves on an independent UN Committee on Human Rights Education. And was the first person to be booked for two full consecutive days on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

BASIC Diversity has been in business for forty years – Founded in 1974. With 45+ years in business, BASIC Diversity has never had a major marketing initiative. Why? We haven’t had to. Over 99% of our clients were obtained via word-of-mouth referrals from other satisfied customers.
Experience
Our staff members: All have at least ten (10) years training experience. Most have received advanced formal training in the field.
